Wow. Excellent service! These guys are just on another level, their deliveries are so quick even though I'm based in East London. I've bought items from them before but this time I have to applaud them. Great stuff, keep it up!
Apparently I can't give zero stars on this platform. Digital Planet is utterly useless. The funny thing is that it's not even them, it is RAM couriers. I placed an order and it was supposed to be delivered last week Wednesday already. 1st RAM wanted confirmation of the delivery address when they failed to deliver, then the 2nd time they claimed that they had a partial address only and now today they say that they phoned but I didn't answer my phone. I don't have any missed calls on my phone! I phoned Digital Planet last week already to sort out this mess with RAM but they didn't do anything! Find a new courier company to work with! I cancelled my order and told them to keep their parcel. Useless. The negative comments that I read about RAM are 100% true, Digital Planet is just standing by with excuses after excuses, who is the man in the relationship, you or RAM. Dump them! I've been told that the workload is too much for RAM to keep up with, so they just recycle their excuses. GET ANOTHER COURIER COMPANY OR YOU'LL KEEP LOSING BUSINES!!!
Utter rubbish service. After waiting for a week, they decide to play the "You didn't answer your phone" game with me. I've been waiting the whole damn day, the security guard never saw anyone from RAM and I have no missed calls on my phone. I don't know why FNB are in business with this people, I phoned FNB and told them to shove their product where the sun doesn't shine. The call center agent was useless as well. All the bad reviews about this company is true. They will 1st say the address is incorrect, then they will say it is incomplete and finally they will say you didn't answer your phone. I shouldn't be angry at FNB but they need to find a reliable courier company. This one makes too many excuses!!
How do you give a company zero stars on this platform??? Useless. I've been waiting for my parcel since Wednesday. Today, which is Friday, I'm told that they only have a partial address, so I give them the full address and they tell me that they can only deliver on Monday. I needed this parcel two days ago already. They are useless. When I offer to pick up the parcel they tell me that it's not allowed. When I ask them if I can phone the driver so that we can meet, they tell me they can't give out his number. I'm am so irritated right now!!!!!!!!!!!!!
I requested a settlement quote letter from Standard Bank and after complaining on Hellopeter about the turnaround time I was finally sent the letter. The problem is the settlement letter does not show my full account number, the rest of the number are blocked out. I phoned to ask a settlement quotation with my account number showing and nobody seems to be able to help me. The only answer I got is "WE can't do that". I would understand if I was requesting on behalf of someone else but I'm not! It is really exhausting wasting so much money on airtime and phoning these people when nobody can assist me. I'm in an urgent process of settling my debt but it's like I'm swimming upstream with Standard Bank. They are the only financial institution that didn't help me satisfactorily and I hate to have to come to Hellopeter to get assistance from them. PLEASE HELP!
I phoned yesterday morning for a settlement quote and I've been given the run around eversince then. I've contacted them via email and whatsapp but it's all empty promises. Via telephone I was told that I would get it yesterday morning. Via email I was told "you will receive it shortly" and yesterday via whatsapp I was told "our books are closing today you'll get it early tomorrow morning". I AM STILL WAITING. VERY POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE.
Dear Standard Bank, why do I have to wait 72 hours for a settlement quote on my credit card. I also requested a settlement quote from FNB and their consultant sent it to me while I was on the phone with them! Why should I wait 3 days with Standard Bank? Time is a luxury that I don't have.
