Poor business practices

Bradley and his team don't respect business practices. I ordered a Drone and it was supposed to include 3 batteries and other accessories. None of which I received. Now my calls and texts are being ignored. They have since changed the details on their site and it now reflects differently from the order I placed since making the complaint. Their conduct is poor and they don't deserve the support they receive.
