BUILDERS WAREHOUSE ONLINE IS A **** ..NO ITEM DELIVERED AND GETTING REFUNDED IS A NIGHTMARE
I am extremely disappointed in Builders Warehouse ..I ordered online and paid for delivery for an item/gift on 3 December 2025.. 9-11 days delivery time given.. on 13 December I contact them and I'm told its being delivered on Monday 15 Dec.. at 18h15 still no delivery.. so I email the help desk again... no reply... Wednesday i phone again.. told they have escalated the matter.. and they will call me back with an answer to where my delivery is... they don't call.. I phone again Thursday morning 9h45 .. told they will get hold of the supplier.... no call back...so I phone again 13h50 ... told now the person who should be calling me is not in today... they will ask someone else to call me... and still no response.. IS BUILDERS WARE HOUSE ****MING ME... as I can get no waybill of the delivery or response from them... must I LODGE A CASE THEFT AGAINST THEM .. its been 5 days of calling and emailing them.. no delivery no answers or call backs.. and it's a lot of money to lose.. Builderssa item was paid for and ordered 3 Dec 2025 on your official website.. worst communication ever. Now you tell me it may be delivered next week... so I ask for a refund. And now you don't know when you can refund me.. you will speak to the supplier.. except I paid you Builderssa not your supplier. So why must I wait for your supplier who didn't sent me the item to repay me. Now its my problem to try and get my money back.. you are a joke!!
