I contacted Itec on the 19 January about a printer for a school in northwest. The response was quick, Jacob really helped me fill in the forms and sign the contract and all was good.. I was assured that after the contract is signed it will only take 2 to 3 days for the printer to be delivered at the school.. I am still waiting for the printer. I have been told twice the printer is coming today. The printer was supposed to be delivered on the 14 February 2023 I was told and as am waiting patiently I received a call and they told me that the has been a mistake the printer is couriered @ Hebron in Capetown. The 1 thing that annoys me is being taken for a fool because 13 February 2023 the machine was loaded on the the Van I was told and it was coming to Hebron (North West) not Capetown now all of sudden the machine is been delivered in Capetown. I am very disappointed in the service I'm getting from Itec and they came highly recommended hence I only contacted them for a big printer...
I am so disappointed with the African bank funeral policy cover... I have lodged a claim on the 13 May 2022 and today is the 25 May 2022 I haven't received any communication whatsoever only when I called today on the 25 May they tell me that the branch gave me a wrong form, they tell me that they have to verify with the funeral parlour that indeed the deceased is deceased, they have already verified with home affairs to confirm proof of death and apparently it's not sufficient. I am not even angry I'm just disappointed. They say claims are paid within 48 hour of the claim but its 12 days today and still nothing. They are so quick to sent smss that debit order has declined but they fail to sent follow up messages to client about their claims.... Were I needed you most you really failed me and it's sad.
