Bad service from this company

The company is pathetic. When I received my order there were more than 5 broken packages. All the muesli, nuts, beans and couscous were all mixed in the box, which was not nicely wrapped either so they were leaking out of the box too. There was one pack of couscous short delivered and 2 packs of cashew nuts incorrectly delivered. I report the fault to the company and the guy took more than a month to finally respond. He was not apologetic but requested me to courier back the broken packets back to them before they issue a refund. There was no service from this company at all and I will never buy from them again.
