The best bank, best customer service. feels like my Bank actually cares. They have always tried to help me.
AFRICAN BANK IS BY FAR THE WORST SENSELESS BANK I HAVE EVER SEEN. OTHER BANKS MAKES SURE THEY GET AUTHORIZATION BEFORE DEDUCTING AANYTHING. i was on debt review but had to cancel due to me getting retrenched. i have no money to make an arrangement, and after so long now African bank decides to leave me penniless. R1045.00 was deducted with any call or SMS after a year. when i called customer care i was told that it cannot be reversed and that i need to pay they don't care as to how i get the money. HOW DOES AN UNEMPLOYED SINGLE PARENT PAY ? i will never refer anyone to this F#@king ****ty bank. Heartless customer service. Rude consultants who cuts the call while you are speaking more than once. African Bank should just close down honestly.
i have had issues with almost every claim. so much i had to pay cash for because there call center knows jack ****. i am currently 33 weeks pregnant and i cant even express the amount of stress they have put me through daily. last year July I gave birth to a still born and have used Ampath Lab during my labor, its almost a year and Sizwe hasn't paid that claim. they made every excuse possible. it has not been a stale claim as i have sent them proof of submission but no acknowledge that. no replies to emails or calls. they don't even pick up their own reference numbers when you call to inquire. if i only wasn't currently pregnant i would have cancelled this medical aid for all this stress and drama. one week they give me a reference number and the next week they cannot pick it up on their system. how do i solve an issue like this with a medical aid that doesn't help at all. i would someone in management from Sizwe to see this and call me. if this is what i had to endure, so should Sizwe ensure this embarrassment. 0785628051 thanks
Horrible service. I was mislead when I signed up. I am still getting emails that says I am in arrears. I was told my credit wasn't large and I will be paying for around 3 years. I have been paying for over 2 years and apparently I have 4 more years to pay!!! What **** they will tell people just to get their account. Now no one replies or calls me back. I hope this isn't a scam and my installments was being pocketed! Someone advise
