No, I was just concern about movable asset that once they get damaged, your company write it off instead of fixing. Hence now I decided to remove my laptop on the cover afraid of if it gets damaged, it will also be written off
I'm still fine with the insurance with MiWay, even though I noticed some consultants they treat us as literate costumers. They don't explain or advice thoroughly to clients. They will normally tells you to read your policy but it's ok it our responsibility yes but as a consultant you must assist pointing important things that might affect clients.
Everyday we learn especially if there is claim that needs to be done, and the consultant who are assisting when u called, they are patient with us. Remember most of us people we don't take time to read our policy clause but u will never hear consultant being inpatient telling u that you must read ur contract. I'm happy with MiWay insurance no complaints and I wish it will continue like that as long I'm still your clients
It was good but I noticed I didn't get her surname but she assisted me very well. Can't complain with All life policy life cover that I have with them
I never had a problem with MiWay interms of any quiries reported as they also do assessments and give feedback on time.
Nothing to complain, checking your clients and giving feedback that is the most important good practice for clients
I am happy with the service from miway and the consultant who was handling my case through the difficulties of network failure but we managed with the communication regarding my case. And again one thing that will make me happier, is to see that *** who broke in to my house to rot in jail cause really he left me with a badluck like now ******* will be spotting my house, but I'm on my way of making sure that I'm bettering my house security to high level
Up to so far i don't have any complaints
