Worst service
The worst service we have ever received. I will not recommend their services to anyone. My child was innocent in the accident and day refeces to pay out.

After Sales assistance
I bought a Cricut unite to cut vinyl, however, i have experience that the Cricut unit does not align properly with the picture to be cut out, i calibrated in accordance with the manufacturer requirements and still no success. i thought it could be maybe the computer, i reloaded the program and perform this step 3 time and still no success, i the proceeded to contact Cricut for assistance, and no assistance were provided. i have a subscription to use the program which is coting me every time i use it, and still no one can assist. I was prompted via an automated unit to follow some steps, which i did, and at the end of the test, still no assistance nor does there website provide further assistance, contacting them is non existing.

Poor Service
I am writing to express my deep dissatisfaction with the service I received from your company. Unfortunately, my experience fell far below the standards I expected, and it has left me both disappointed and frustrated. Not only did this cause me inconvenience, but it also wasted my time and resources. I believe every customer deserves to be treated with respect and professionalism, and this was certainly not the case.

Telkom account
Good day I have been battling now almost 3 and a half years with this account that was canceled 3 and half years ago Day still phone me and told me that this account has been send to the lawyer. I have send them so many proof of payment invoices and email response from telkom to Stade the account is paid in full. And day still phone and send emails through.
