Problem with my car

I bought a Hyundai IX35 in November 2020 and in August 2021 I started having problems with the vehicle. I had Diesel going into my oil as well as the gearbox giving problems. Now they want me to pay R8000 before they start looking at my vehicle and the car is only 1.5 years old. I don’t see why I need to pay for this as it’s still a new vehicle.
