Poor response to problems
Defective shoe delivered. Telephonic contact led to promises that the problem would be fixed, I need only send an email to start the process. Email still unanswered 12 days later.

Shockingly poor service
Does not complete work. Owner lies about most everything. Makes promises he has no intention of keeping.
