Received the worst client service from the new car sales manager Thabang at Toyota Soweto. No regard for his clients and definitely gives Toyota Soweto a bad name and wouldn't recommend using them at all.

Unprofessional & *********** service from Roirdan staff
We as a company received the most unprofessional & *********** service from Roirdan staff. The complaint was given through to management and after several attempts to communicate with the owner he just says "he will not communicate with us". This is an extremely unprofessional company and I would definitely not recommend them to anyone.

Very rude new owner, Extremely bad service!
We have done business with NWBS and had a few vehicles wrapped with them. Every vehicle has had an issues with a quote being sent and accepted and then when vehicle is collected there is said no price was wrong and needs to go up almost double and we need to pay it. The new owner makes a lot of promises in front of you but then wants to send you a whatsapp afterwords that states the total opposite of what she had promised you. They are totally just out to make money and don't care at all about their clients. I wouldn't recommend the AT ALL!
