The most compassionate and kind business. They were gentle and understanding and kept us updated with every step of the way. Their home collection service is very comforting and every little urn is handcrafted and filled with so much love. We could feel every bit of respect and compassion from this company and just want to say thank you for making an unimaginably hard experience feel like family taking care of your loved one.

SA's ACTUAL best pet insurance
What wonderful and friendly service! I really can't recommend them enough. Everything is so simple and easy to understand.. there's no jumping through hoops or hiding behind long descriptions and complicated wording. Everything is open and upfront - Even the pricing! They were open about, yes they cost more than some pet insurances but they broke down exactly what I was paying for that was different to others. After doing my own research they were 100% right. I don't mind paying the bit extra and being totally stress free about our cover. We even clipped on a small additional fee that means we don't have to pay an excess if something should happen - which is a great option. Do yourself a favour and go for them!
