I paid my fees in full two years ago, upfront and without any instalment arrangement. Since then, I have sent multiple emails, WhatsApp messages, and made numerous calls, all of which were ignored. It was only after I posted on HelloPeter in January that I finally received a response. I was contacted and promised that my matter would be handled urgently. We are now in March, and nothing has progressed. I have since been told that the person who contacted me(Mr Dube) no longer works for the company, and that there is no record of what, if any, work was done on my case. When I requested to speak to a supervisor or manager, I was told they were “too busy” and that the company has its “own processes,” and that "MAYBE" I would receive feedback if I left my contact details. After paying in full and waiting two years, this treatment is unacceptable and disrespectful. To date, I have received no service, no resolution, and no accountability. Clear Me Now, Legal Clear or whatever they decide to call themselves next, did not assist me at all. I strongly advise others to think very carefully before giving this company their hard‑earned money.
It has been two years without any progress. I paid the full amount upfront, opting not to make installments, as I needed assistance in removing the debt review flag from my name. However, I have not received the help I sought. The attorneys are delaying action despite possessing all the necessary documents. The situation became so severe that I personally visited the lawyer's offices on two occasions to plead for assistance. Instead, I was met with ongoing delays. On one occasion, the lawyer informed me that the documents were lost on the day my case was scheduled to be heard in court. I have contacted the' Clear Me Now' offices via phone calls, email correspondence, and Whatsapp messages, yet no one is willing to assist me. They have even ceased to answer my calls. Two years have passed, and there has been no resolution.
Bought a car on the 11/02/2022 upon recieving the car i noticed smoke coming from the exhaust i reported the matter and they promised to fix it i should bring it next week, i did that brought the car in sat in their offices for about 5hrs but when the car came back the problem still wasnt solved, Jacque managed to convince me that the problem will clear up they have fixed it. I gave it a week still nothing do i took the car back in on 07/03/2022 a day before my birthday i was told it could take a week or two its been 93 days now upon writting this and counting. I have sent numerous emails, texts, calls that dont get answerd at times. Ive even sent an email for the Att of the owner Johannes,no response from him. Its only when i got my lawyers involved was when they sent emails promising to fix it. Two days ago Jacque told me the engine has been assembled but the owner has not paid thats the only delay.you would think that after inconveniencing someone for 3months+ they would hurry to atleast remedy the situation but hey it doesnt affect them right they get in thier cars and go home to thier families while my family has no car
