Appalling service.

I am absolutely appalled by the post auction service of Traders Auction Group. So after one has paid and sent proof of payment, all communication ceases from TAG. They do not answer emails and are not available to speak to in order to get clarity about ones paid items. Stephen Peterson in particular is the most nonchalant, uninterested, rude and unprofessional individual that I have ever had to deal with. He told me that my items are with them in George and they no longer want to deliver to Swellendam even though this was the arrangement and it has been done before. He then gave me the dimensions of the items and said that he can wrap them in preparation for my courier to collect it the next morning. Our courier driver then arrives in George the next morning to collect and only THEN does he discover that the items are not with them but in fact IN Swellendam and they have been for the past month!!! I cannot understand why the public have to deal with individuals such as this. If you don’t like your job, then leave. Individuals like these truly make it miserable for both clients as well as his colleagues. It’s sad when colleagues feel the need to apologise for that one person in the company. Waste of time, money and energy. Absolutely horrible experience!!!
