Amozon Failed me
As much as Amazon is amazing, helpful and easy to use I have a very bad experience on it. I lost $332.94 trying to buy Samsung Note 10 and two other items. I made an order whilst I was at the Ship on my way to Houston Port in a hope that I will get my order there. I was told that I will receive an OTP Number but I didn't instead I was told that my order couldn't be delivered because it was damaged. I tried to cancel an order but I was told I can't because the order is already out. I waited and as we move to order Port we usually lose Network and internet access but as we reached other Ports I tried again to even chat with customer services but there was no help and I even took screenshots of all chats. It was June 2023 when I placed $332.94/R6300.00 order, up until I finished my deployment and went back to South Africa with no way forward and I was told that my order is old they can't make any refunds anymore. So I really have a bad experience and I still wish I could get my money back and buy at least a Tablet because that Samsung Note 10 I was buying it intentionally for business. purposes.

ABSA BANK FAILED ME
I'm Thato Mjwagu, I'm in a very bad and hurtful situation. Absa bank closed my active account the one I use for my salaries every month. I realized on my payday when I got calls from debit orders asking if I changed my account or what. I went to a closest Absa branch at Bellville they couldn't help but they managed to see that my account is closed. I was told to come back of Friday because Thursday was a public holiday. Friday I went to Cape Town branch they couldn't help as well. They all asking me the same question that I'm asking that why is my account closed without being notified at least. I got no alert messages or any warnings, I'm paying everything and I was never in a situation whereby I didn't pay something I should. Even now I'm still under the struggle, obviously my debt orders might penalize me and I will have to pay the penalties that I don't even know. I'm not even sure if my salary has bounced back to work. Now I'm borrowing money from colleagues. This is really bad, I'm not happy with ABSA anymore. I feel like introducing another account for my salaries yet I have a loan I have to finish.
