Nedbank MFC I find myself so astonished and disgusted in your service. Previously the service were up to standard and I was impressed and telling everyone about how good and on top of it the team was. But this time around. When my debit order didn't go off on the 25th of June. You wasted no time to contact me. Now. You too my debit order twice. I have emailed with the dates,the amount, my account number and ID. Only to be told I must prove it by sending a statement. I then advised them. They should update my statement and send it to me. Because why should I need to prove it. Why should I make all the effort when they made the mistake. I am disgusted in how this has been handled....or rather the lack of them handling it. It is still unresolved. All I get is emails asking for my ID or emails telling me the email has been sent to the relevant department. I am wondering if the relevant department still exists. Looking at all the 1star reviews. One must wonder. What is going on at Nedbank MFC. This ********** lack of customer service is not what I am accustomed to from Nedbank MFC. Sies.
Just put wash before use on your packaging. It is false advertising if you say washed and ready to use. Because the spinach or broccoli are still full of sand. And if the consumer believes the packaging you end up with grainy sandy spinach and feta. Money wasted. Just say. Wash before use. And the consumer will be warned to wash. Sies man! Skaam julle!
A gem of a restaurant in the friendly city of port Elizabeth. Great attentive service. Beautiful wine glasses. Great quality food. Scrumptious moist tasty cakes. And aromatic coffee. A wonderful place to start and finish a romantic evening.
I moved to FNB due to their good service. I dealt with them due to my work and thought. Wow . These guys are really good and they have the human touch and they care about their customers. Sadly this is no longer true. I find it's difficult to get hold of a human. And if you do. They pass the buck. There are a few good employees here and there that still abide by how can we help you, and see it through. But mostly they just want to get rid of you and they don't phone back, don't resolve a problem, don't communicate, it feels they don't care. And then one is sitting 9pm on a Friday worrying and wondering because FNB never came back on your query. I don't know. I think it's very sad. I am seriously considering moving my account elsewhere.
I am sick and tired of this company. Since I got a quote from them they don't stop harassing. With phone calls, SMS, emails. No matters how many times you block them and unsubscribe. It does not stop. All I can advise is. Don't contact them. Don't give them your details for a quote. Because once they have it. They will just disregard your request to not be contacted.
On time, friendly, safe, thorough and affordable. Oh and patient and kind. I had lots of questions and concerns. Which where answered and I could be at ease and I am happy to say I am a satisfied customer.
