I have placed my order over a month ago and I have yet to have my package delivered. This is really unacceptable and everytime I try emailing them they always inform me that they will update me and expedite the procedure to the courier but nothing gets expedited because I have yet to receive my package up until today
I am a Paxful vendor, which is an online peer to peer platform where I trade bitcoin. I have explained to Absa that I deal with large amounts of money. I also made Absa aware that the buyers on this platform would report my account and label me as a scammer to get a refund. This is called a chargeback scam. However, I am not a scammer and I have sent all the necessary proof to show that I have sent the buyer their bitcoin. Absa is still not convinced that by all the evidence i have given. I have called in for the past three weeks trying to resolve my issue. Faith Joshua who is in charge of my case has labelled as a scammer. I am highly disappointed in her actions and how she has been treating me for the past three weeks. I have a family to feed and a business that is receiving a bad reputation through the actions of Absa and their fraud team. I have asked for the urgency of Absa to open my account because many of the people that buys from me has reported me to the platform and I received a deadline of my account being closed that has expired and due to this I have lost R50 000 worth of bitcoin and another R50 000 paying clients with a loan that my family member had to make by the bank. How do I pay or help my family member pay that huge loan back if Absa made me lose all my money. Many of the traders also made a case and I had to resolve this through personal funds and my community also looks at me totally different, as I am a role model in my community. I was also expelled from my soccer team where I had a deal going through with another club which got cancelled because of Absa again through their negligence. This has destroyed my mental and physical health as well as my life. I am not open for any negotiation as i was also told that I gave a fraudulent copy from standard bank which i have not done. Can I get in touch with someone higher up before things get worse. Thank you.
