Snatcher has nit refunded me for poor quality item
I ordered a dress online from Snatcher store. Online the dress looked so beautiful. When I received the dress the stitches are all coming offf and it's of such poor quality. Nothing like the advert. The size is also incorrect. I requested that snatcher collect the item and my money be refunded. I sent a photo of the dress with the stitches out. Snatcher had not refunded me. Please be careful. Snatchers quality is very poor. False advertising and they don't refund.

Please people be aware of this company. It's a scam. When you initially book with them they agree to everything even the price and will respond to you even at midnight. They will promise you delivery but on the day they don't show up and when you call they make excuses and ask for more money. Then they disconnect all your call and don't answer their phones. I have incurred so much costs waiting for my delivery. . They promised me a refund but they have not refunded. Don't use this company.unreliable
