I placed an order with McDonald’s app and they debited my money. On the app I received a message that says “Your request is being processed”. I had to call customer care and was told that my order didn’t go through but they did receive payment and it will be refunded in 24hrs time. I am told the is nothing that they can do, I cannot even give me a voucher as I already paid. If I want to order food, I need to pay again. How can they inconvenience me and just say sorry, there’s nothing that they can do, I have to wait for tomorrow? What should I eat since they decided to take my money? I am so unhappy with their service.
I called Ridgebacks to place a telephonic order which I’ve been doing for many years and today Michelle told me that they are very busy and they don’t take telephonic orders. I am so disappointed and as one of their regular customers, I don’t think I’ll come back.
We had an amazing experience at Rochester (Brooklyn). We were assisted by a lady named Nandipha Mofu (also known as Nandi) and her service was very amazing.She received us with warmth. She is very patient, well experienced, kind and more than anything, she will do what it takes to ensure that her customers are happy. Our family recommends her 100% and because of her, we will always travel to Rochester (Brooklyn) when we need any furniture.
I had a horrible experience with quest claims solutions. It took them more than a year to resolve a claim and I was assisted by a guy named Teboho Nkambule. He is very rude, cannot speak to clients and at times provides false information. When I spoke to him on the phone sometime last year in October, he told me how much they were going to pay me and when he sent me the settlement offer, the amount was less than what he mentioned and whwn I asked for a reason, he couldn’t answer me (recording should be available as it was recorded by the company).The company is paying me way less than what’s on the lowest quote and I am expected to top up with my own money while they know very well that their client was at fault. Teboho also told me that he will never send an update, it’s my duty to follow up because it’s not like they want to pay people for claims. He said they are sitting with claims for over a year or so. I signed the settlement offer and I was told that I will receive the money, I just need to allow 30 working days (I have this record on my emails). It’s been over 30 days and I still didn’t receive any payment.
I would rate it -1 if it was possible. The service is very poor and they don’t send any communication. They say you must follow up with them if you need an update. They don’t keep their promises. 10 months later, we still haven’t had any feedback regarding the claim. I would definitely not recommend anyone to join iwyze insurance, the service is pathetic and client service is not important to them.
Turn ‘n Tender (Centurion-Jean Avenue) has the best staff ever. Great service and always friendly and welcoming especially the lady by the name of Charity 😊😊
I visited Billy-G at silverstar casino and the service was very bad. The place is overcrowded and we had no one to assist. We requested a waiter/ waitress to kindly serve us with drinks but no one came. We left the place without having any drinks. We also struggled to get desert bowls and when we eventually got, they were wet and we had to wipe. We also struggled to get s****s, saw a lady eating her dessert with a fork.
I am not happy with Mr price home (Centurion mall). Yesterday I came to buy a duvet set and they only had one left which was a display and I requested to buy the display but was told that the lady who works on the duvet section already knocked off. I was then told to come the following day which I did and when I got there, they took out the duvet but couldn’t find the pillows. Apparently the pillows were given to another customer who came and complained. I requested to talk to the manager and she came but was not interested in talking to me. She only spoke to the consultant and told her I can only buy it without pillows but the amount will remain the same. She didn’t bother to come to me and explain other options or how we can go about the situation since I was told to come back again the following day.
