Outstanding Customer service, beautiful place.
Would love to say Thank you to Odyssey Luxury Apartments in Sandton. Outstanding 💯 customer experience. I checked in on Monday and checked out on Wednesday. Also I would love to thank the gentleman that assisted us when we had an issue with a booking, he worked till late, made sure everything was sorted. I'm not sure if he will remember us, it was me and the other guy that come through. We both from Durban and because of him that I enjoyed my stay.

Refusal to close my account.
The Costumer service is so bad, you call them, the phone will ring none-stop at the same time your airtime will run. Reason I call is, they don't want to close off my account of which I have paid it off though their collection department. This is holding me back as I can't do anything Till they remove this account from my credit report. This is so frustrating, I sent them emails,calls. No one has assisted me.
