We would not Recommend to use the service of Kristel van Heerden. We have contact one of your members Kristel van Heerden from Amizade Pet Care and member of Cheeky Beaks on the 22 June 2022 we have arranged a meeting for today at 5:30pm, that we can discuss the care of our birds while we leaving for Brazil with chicks that is ready to be transport and quarantine in Brazil. We have waited from 5:20pm and she haven't showed up and didn't even let us know she will not make it or can we move it and it's unprofessional from her from a business side. Also she is selling bird products and we still waiting from 15 June 2022 for a quote on products that we needed and she doesn't come back to us that is unprofessional.
