From the simple booking process with friendly reception staff to being taken through into consults mere moments after just arriving, my experiences at Dr KK Naidu's practice has always been such a pleasure. The nursing staff are knowledgable and explain each step before proceeding with pressure and temp checks, even the accounts staff are extremely helpful and go above and beyond their line of work. Dr Naidu himself is a thorough practitioner with sincere concern for each of his patients wellbeing. I am absolutely impressed with the stellar level of healthcare he provides and his humble nature in allowing for his patients to contact him directly should a medical need arise, not to mention his accolades having achieved his bachelor's in Capetown and his Masters in the United Kingdom, restassured I always feel that I am in good hands.
