Don’t trust this agency
I booked for an MSc cruise with Beetravelsa 3 months before the cruise. 4 weeks before the cruise they tell me they can’t take me as a solo traveller, I have to get another person to travel with, whereas I clearly stated when booking that I will be travelling alone. After that they said I must postpone my trip to next year March!! Which I couldn’t cause the aim of the cruise was for my birthday, and my birthday is not in March. 4 weeks before my birthday, I’m stuck with no birthday plans. It’s now 10 days before my birthday, Beetravelsa still does not want to refund me my money!! I can’t even make plans cause they are refusing with my money and they are ignoring my messages. They have even blocked me on Instagram.
