Wrong Product Delivery and Zero Customer Service
I am extremely disappointed with my experience at The Mattress Warehouse. I purchased a bed, but they delivered the wrong base. I have reached out multiple times for assistance, but no one has helped me. I’ve spoken to Zanya, Monique, Jan, and Welcome yet none of them are willing to respond or resolve my issue. It has been weeks of being ignored and passed around without any real support. I deeply regret trusting their promotional ad, as it led to a frustrating and disappointing experience. I would not recommend The Mattress Warehouse based on how poorly they handle customer complaints.
