I made a payment for my Telkom account (336569757) at 9:00 AM on 16 May 2025, and was told the line would be activated within 5 hours. Since then, it’s been over 25 hours with no service and no proper assistance. I followed all the necessary steps: I emailed proof of payment to mokaiwt@telkom.co.za as instructed. I called customer service again and was told the payment would be escalated to a manager. I spoke with Lufuno Fretsha, who said I should receive a call back from the manager within 2 hours — this never happened. I called again the next morning and spoke with Sibonelo Mposla, who claimed he couldn't see the payment and that his supervisor works remotely, so he couldn’t help either. This level of service is completely unacceptable. No one is taking responsibility, no follow-ups are happening, and I am still without the service I paid for. Potential customers, please read reviews about Telkom’s after-sales service before signing any contracts. Based on my experience, I am now seriously considering cancelling my Telkom contract.
Union Tiles Randburg Refuses to exchange tiles for Matt finish or non slippery because the box is wet and the tiles have never been used, i bought them in December 2024 never installed them because they are slippery aroung pool area and wont serve the purpose
