We were clients of this company from 2014 to 2021. There are debtors who were not paid by this company while they were receiving money from us every month without failure. Today we can't buy anything on account. Our names are still under bad credit. When you ask them they will send you from pillar to post. They change case or account manager every time. In 4 years I had 4 account managers. I hate to say this but they are untrustworthy. Instead of helping you out of debt they will drown you 💯.
My tv was damaged by loadshedding and the insurance company sent assessor who could not disclose to me the problem because they were told not to. Few days later my wife phoned the insurance company to check the status of the claim. She was told that they have not received the feedback from the assessor. Two days later she received a call from the insurance company and she was told that the tv was tempered with. Some cables were cut. We disputed that and later told that the tv was not earthed. It looks like insurance just want people to support them but they are not prepared to render services to them. King price is not a good and fair insurance. They are willing to take your money but not render services.
I have been paying insurance for more than 5 years or more and my decoders started giving me problems and I went to multichoice for replacement. I was given decoders not in a box and without accessories. I asked why I was told that the insurance doesn't cover accessories. I requested for policy copy and transcripts. I received only the policy which is silent about accessories not covered by the insurance. This is a rip off. They are selling a product that is not complete. They lie to people. When the manufacturer sends decoders they are in a box with a seal. But they opened the box at the back not in front of me. How do I know if the seal was tempered with. Not good for me.
