SCAMMERS WHO RIPPED ME OFF AN ENTIRE R 4,400

I ordered an Iphone 11 Pro from this company on Instagram on the 19th of June 2022. Initially responses were received via DM as they state its for security purposes, after providing my details I received an email with an Invoice as well as Baking details (Standard Bank Account) that I was advised to pay the 50% deposit from as I had opted to settle upon delivery. Several emails were exchanged as there was initially an error on the original Invoice which were all responded to within the day or in minutes. Fast forward the 20th of June I made a payment of R3450,00 for the Phone. And later received an email confirmation "shipping confirmation" which requested a further R950 to be paid & made an immediate EFT to those same details belonging to a Jarome Jacobs. Even before paying & after doing so they were able to confirm receipt of funds, & respond up until I followed up as days went on without receiving a mere tracking number. Fast forward to today after I requested a refund on the 1st of July I have not received any assistance both via email or DM as their Whtssap number never seems to work.
