DOES NOT COVER CHRONIC ILLNESSES DO NOT BELIEVE THEIR 'PAMPHLETS'
i am on the medmove plan, I was assured that they cover the Care for 271 PMB diagnoses and all CDL conditions. As also stated in their "pamflet". this is however NOT the case. I have to pay out of pocket for my chronic medication and when i tried to email and call them regarding this they responded with only the premium packages pay for those (which is over R10 000). basically saying oops sorry for misleading you with our "pamphlet" but we do not cover it. i get help for the first two months after that, they wash their hand from the situation. my chronic illnesses fall under the 26 or 27 basic chronic illnesses any medical aid has to cover. except for medihelp of course. I am a young adult and can't afford more than a hospital plan, even if they could just cover a percentage of the medication each month it would help. but that is too much to ask for.

Rude and unprofessional
DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THEM. I would rate them a zero if I could. They are exceptionally rude to clients, do not confirm viewings and then blame client for not showing. Some of us have jobs and need proper confirmation before leaving the office. They conduct business very very poorly. I have been watching their property for a few months and now understand why it has not sold yet. I would love to add the extremely rude emails that I have received from their agents Shanaaz Bailey.
