They sell cars while they clearly don't have the paperwork in hand. I paid for in full and collected my vehicle more than two weeks ago, and have still not been provided with the natis documents. Every time I follow up there I'd some sort of excuse as if this is normal. I have done many change of ownerships, if you have all the paperwork, it takes less than 45 minutes and you get the documents the same day. So why it takes them weeks with still no result makes no sense. Then they have the cheek to still charge almost R2000.00 admin fee to do this. Pathetic.

Great experience, but communication needs work
Was concerned after hearing some very negative reviews, and then had a bit of difficulty getting updated information about our tour from the company, but in the end we did the “Down South” tour with them in May this year, and absolutely loved every minute of it. They definitely do need to work on their communication and customer service on the admin side of things, but the actual experience on tour is excellent.
