The absolute worst institution I have ever come across. I cannot believe the absolute neglect of students and lack of feedback from the institution. Cornerstone should be paying us to study with them, not the other way around! Absolutely pathetic. There is no support, fees are ridiculous and there is complete lack of communication. After being told I can graduate (all modules were completed for my PGCE), I was informed that the syllabus had changed and that new registration fees as well as a new module needed to be completed before I could graduate. After trying to contact them for over 6 months, no feedback was received. Only once the legal route was taken, did they provide me with feedback. Why do we have to pay additional money just to get attorneys involved to receive feedback? I cannot believe this, I am utterly disgusted. Completely unprofessional and couldn’t care less about their students. DON’T INVEST IN YOUR STUDIES HERE. It is a waste of time, money and all you will do is get frustrated to no end. Please don’t do it to yourself.
