Birchwood’s Furniture Group and Tuscany bunk beds SAME OWNERS
MONEY WAS STOLEN. PAID IN FULL. NO DELIVERY Tuscany Bunk beds, Bunkbeds SA and Birchwoods Furniture Group all have the SAME CONTACT NUMBER for the owner, George. 0832294217 Birchwoodsgroup.co.za After paying in full for a bunk bed with BUNKBEDS SA ; and being told by Peter at Bunkbeds SA that I can buy their beds through Tuscany Bunkbeds as well, it is clear they are run by the same man, George. He just calls himself Giorgio on the Tuscany bunkbeds website, but uses the same cellphone number on both sites. I am trying to get a reimbur*****t for my payment that was stolen by Bunkbeds SA. And now, after searching for a furniture manufacturer in L****ns Road, Muldersdrift (same address as Bunkbeds SA) the name “Birchwoods Furniture Group” pops up. Same cell number on all 3 websites. So it is safe to assume all 3 websites are run by the same fraudulent group. DO NOT LOSE YOUR MONEY AS I HAVE, do NOT buy from them!! They take your payment and after that u cannot get hold of ANYONE via email or phone.

BUNKBEDS SA and TUSCANY BUNK BEDS These two websites are the same owner, same fraudulent activity.Under Contact details, on either website, see same cell number and slightly altered name: BunkBed SA; 083 229 4217 – George Tuscany BunkBeds: 0832294217 Giorgio How they steal your money: I emailed George and asked about all the negative Hello peter feedback and he INSISTED that it is his competition placing false complaints online to damage his business.Then you get a sob story from a guy called Peter to say George is just very sensitive to how the competitors attack his business online, I can buy through Tuscany BunkBeds if I feel more comfortable that way. BUT ITS THE SAME PLACE. I feel sorry for them & order bed. What was I thinking?!I get sent Quote 986 on 25 May 2022, I send proof of payment R6988.Delivery works out to between 29 June – 13 July 2022. Loadshedding is their excuse for long lead time.To date, NO BED delivered.I have phoned & emailed, but I get no answer anymore. They have stopped picking up the phone when I call.DO NOT USE THEM!!
