Extremely disappointed On the day of my mother-in-law’s move, the two men that assisted had broken one of the bedroom windows and proceeded to argue who had broken it. After numerous attempts to get through to someone to report the issue (after multiple phone calls and WhatsApp messages that were ignored) we were told that the men had pointed blame towards my partner. We are still waiting for acknowledgment of the damage and for payment of a new window
