I reserved a table well in advance for four people at Hyde park, yet upon arrival, I was told no booth was available, despite one being given moments later to a group of three who only ordered coffee and left shortly after. While the waiting staff were kind and the food genuinely delicious, the manager’s attitude was disappointingly unprofessional. At no point did any manager check on our table or offer an explanation. I strongly recommend that management take the time to observe their excellent waiting staff—they might learn what real hospitality looks like.
