Disgusted
Disgusting service, infact no service received from these guys. They are quick to take your money and then you don't hear back from them. They refuse outright to give you a refund. Spoken with Heidi from Accounts, no help and she is not even knowledgeable about the system and process. Spoke originally with Melissa David's who is supposed to be their Ops manager. Totally useless. Doesn't respond to message, return phones or whattsapp messages. No communication from her other than to take my money. Cayenne from customer services, fought with me and lied about sending emails to me. Never follows up with anything. Totally useless. SIA Mgqweto, I called, whattsapp messages sent to her and she never once responded. I started my journey with Seat in April 2022 for registration for 2023. I am disgusted with the lack of service, professionalism and the way they conduct themselves. Save yourself alot of stress and stay clear of these people.

VRD Branding Fail
I have had business cards, flyers and stickers printed with Erika and David from VRD Branding. The service and communication at first was ok, up until the product was given to me. shocking quality. There wasn't any proof prints done first for me to approve, just given the final printed batch of stuff that looked like it was printed on a normal home printer. I tried to be accommodating and be reasonable but I don't get a response after calling and messaging. I requested a refund and told them that they can take back their printed material as it looks very amateur, but refund me. no response from them stay away from these guys, not good work or good customer service. #vrdbranding
