I've booked 2 rooms at Naldorado Executive Villa on the 13th of June 2022, through an online platform for accommodation on the 6th of August 2022 as we had test tickets to watch the rugby at the Mbombela stadium. Payment was made and the Guest House confirmed the booking. On the 13th of July, Naldorado contacted me stating that they had a double booking and do not have any accommodation for me for this period. They ignored the online platform that I've booked through and did not in any way try to assist to sort out the double booking, or provided any proof that they have received the other booking before mine.
