Cross Stitch Supplies - ABSOLUTE NIGHTMARE!!

I placed an order 3.5 months ago, had to pay up front (apparently their policy) - to date I have still not received my order. After numerous emails, I have been fed story after story as to why I haven't received my order. Now the owner has stopped even replying to emails, or demands (obviously has run out of stories to tell) - it is clear as daylight - if you have taken money and not provided the product and will not refund - it is THEFT!!!! This is a company that is definitely not worth doing business with - SHADY!!
