dont trust old mutual
if you live in bloemfontein dont take any life insurance or so out at old mutual serive terrible they dont update your adresses and mails and the brokers are just as bad like whr=en a broker resign old mutual dont contact you and tell you that and asssign a new broker to you my dad had a broker for 18 years and he left without telling us so there was some changes on th policy to be done and i contacted him and still he tries to help with failed conseconces andstill did not tell us that he no longer wit old mutual and that he is wit another company think twice before you take out anything from them

dont trust anyone
please dont make use of masthead bloemfontein they have a broker coming from old mutual to them and we worked wit h him and he never asked us if he can sign us over as a client and he eeventully heled us with not coming back to me in time with certin documents and my dads life insurance lapsed i went to the ombuds but no luck at all bre carefull who you trust with you important info and documentation

SERVICE PQATHETIC BOUGHT A INSTANT WATER HEATER FAUCET FROM THEM MORE THAN A MONTH AGO AND WHEN I RECEIVED PACKAGE IT WAS NOT ORKING AND I CONTACTED THEM AND SEND IT BACK THEY ASKED FOR MY BANKING FDETAIL TO REFUND ME AND I SEND IT TO THEM ANTHE DATE WAS 7/8/2024 AND SINCE THEN I DID NOT RECEIVE MY REFUN AND I HAVE BEEN SENDING MAILS TO THEM ON A DAILY BASIS ASKING FOR MY MONEY AND NOBODY REPONDED AN HEY DONT HVE ANY CONTAXCT NUMBERS DONT BUY FROM THEM THEY ARE USELESS AN ARENT RELIABLE AT ALL RATHER BUY FROM TAKELOT, TEMO OR AMAZON
