Poor quality clothing and uncaring staff
I bought a blouse which was quite pricey, wore it once and it looked like one of those cheap fleece tracksuits. Took it to the shop expecting at least an apology or concern for the poor quality only received a 'shame'. The manager was not even moved. It's bad enough I had long since thrown the receipts I would have demanded my money back. Not even Pep makes such poor quality clothing. The attitudes even worse0 replies
