To Whom it May concern My name is Anita Nokukhanya khoza this email serves as complaint against the employee/flight attendant I took a flight from Johannesburg to Durban (O.R tambo international airport to King shaka airport) on 25/03/2024 08:00 Flights FA412 was boarding at gate 5 I was then assisted by a guy I don’t remember his name or his face since am Partially Blind and i use Cane as my disability tool , he set me down and he immediately took my Disability tool (cane) away from me and my hands since i can’t see i don’t know where he put it and after 10-14 minutes i call him to get why he took my cane he told me i quote “I have put it away for you” end quote, As per the constitution of the Republic of South Africa (Act No.108 1996) respect the rights and Dignity of people with disabilities and promotes and supports full page 11 11 equalization of opportunities of people with disabilities,this means he violated this as he took my cane and he also set me down on a seat where everyone could pass by, he also made me stand up more then two times after he set me down meanwhile my Disability tool was not in my hands to assist me when I stand up, he touched me in a uncomfortable way and I was shaking throughout the trip. The Flight took off and I felt empty and ashamed as off I could not show to people or anyone that am disabled as when i have carried my cane I would be easily recognised that am partially blind i might not see or understand what is happening. As a result of this incident i could not get help from any flight attendants or waiters if i puts my hand up , i could not move or go to toilet without my disability tool , i was shocked and frustrated in trip while travelling i even cried but nobody noticed me which then resulted me being off to work since i arrived in Durban and i was emotionally damaged by this. Am seeking clarification on how this employee is still working on your company and what measures will be done as he showed that people with disabilities are nothing to him? How can you take away the one thing that i use to move? I don’t know what job he does but the employee should have made sure am safe and everything i need is in order I would like to make it clear that i will both pursuing both discriminatory and ******** charges against the company and employee,Additionally i wilk be seeking financial compensation for the emotional damages i have suffered. I will do everything in my power and make sure that both of the company and employee are held accountable for this behaviour in 2924 I should not feel unsafe or uncared for as person with disability The level of service I received on my recent visit to your establishment. As a person with a disability, I rely on high-quality service to help me navigate the world and access the same opportunities as everyone else. Unfortunately, on my visit to your establishment, I experienced this incident i mentioned above that made it difficult for me to access the services you provide. I've never RECEIVED MY ORDER I ORDERED IPHONE 11 PRO ON JULY I ENDED UP PAYING MORE THE PHONE WAS R3500 BUT I PAID R950 AND THEY LIED TO ME I PAID R540 TO ACTIVATE THE TRACKING NUMBER BUT I NEVER RECEIVED IT EVEN MY ORDER DID NOT ARRIVE THEY'VE BEEN IGNORING ME FOR A WEEK NOW NO REFUND LS NO ORDER
