Hi. I have being a loyal client of King Price Insurance. On the 1st of July, on my way home from my first job, I was involved in a car accident. I trusted my insurance & broker to ensure smooth and tineous repair process. My vehicle was booked for repairs on the 2nd of July at Revive Rivonia. I have made several phone calls following up and I still do not have a vehicle 48 days later! There is 0 communication and assistance. I feel like I am being taken advantage of because I am a female client. I received a call this morning from my tracker company that asked me about the whereabouts of my vehicle. I went into a panic mode & then had to call my insurance to ask the whereabouts. They then informed me that they cannot extend the courtesy car. How do I go to my first job?! This is extremely disheartening & inconsiderate!
