Good rental Prices - Struggles with Deposit

Not received my deposit
It is cheaper than renting a car from any other rental company. I had my reservation canceled the day before my trip and had to scramble to get something else. Luckily Dane was there to assist me and I found another vehicle. Then there is the Deposit. :( I returned the car on 9/08/2022. Today is 25/08/2022 and I have not received my deposit. I contacted help@rentmyride.co.za with no reply. I phoned their support number multiple times with no reply. I phone and WhatsApp Dane He eventually came back to me and said that my payment was processed and he would send me the proof of payment. I am still waiting on his reply. They recently made a post (About 2 days ago) that they have a new system in place and that deposits should be paid back within 48 hours but they have removed that as i can't find those posts anymore. Overall it is a great renting company and you get a lot of assistance until they need to pay you back. I would try them again but assume they will take about a month to pay back your deposit
