From the minute I called Ruan I felt safe and comfortable,they took delivery of my car from the tow truck and sent me updates and photos throughout the whole process.. Andrew handled my warranty claim with urgency and a level of service I haven't experienced before.. when you take hire to Ruan and Andrew you are treated as a human with respect and you don't need to worry about being **** to or overcharged.. they have helped me sort out issues caused from an inspection by a previous mechanic and they have been keeping up to date every single day
I am so surprised with how well and how fast naked handled my request for towing..my car broke down and I needed towing I called in and was helped by an advisor who put me at ease, everything was done and sorted and the tow truck is on its way.please check the call logs and give a big thank you to the gentleman who helped me over the phone
Iv been trying to contact discovery health to sort out my app since June and I have had no help .my cover has now been suspended,they say I must pay before they sort out the problem with me logging into my app..the app was not working long before my account was suspended so it makes no sense..I cannot get hold of your call center I keep getting sent from pillar to post.. please can someone phone me so I can pay my arrears and fix the app

Extremely disappointing, been a loyal tenant for almost two years, lost my job in July and still paid my rent, recently gained employment in October and my new salary date is the 7th which they refuse to accept..on one hand they pushing me to extend my lease but they not willing to use common decency and understand my new pay date. Besides that the only helpful person there is Avalon,, brenda is a peice of work she has no clue how to speak to people and is bad for the companies reputation as she is rude and outright disrespectful I don't know how she manages to be employable Also not that there are Ubers and Mr delivery bikes speeding up and down each and every day.kids shouting and screaming all day,people making noise at all hours and dust from the building they have been doing which I wasn't informed about when taking my lease. I have all of this documented and recorded. They cut my electricity on the 5th of the month cause I could only pay by the 7th..is a landlord legally allowed to cut your electricity for not paying 5 days after due date?
Please phone me to cancel your call center is useless and I have been trying to rectify my details so I can access my app for the last 5 months with no help I keep getting transferred to different departments. I don't have access to my app or online and I can't see any of the benefits that I am paying for it each month..iv been a client for almost 4 years but you can't sort out a technical issue I'm fed up with discovery and want to move somewhere with better customer service.. Ps-unfortunately I have to work for a living so I can afford to pay my medical aid so please use common sense and don't call me during office hours

In the last year iv purchases 3 pairs of headphones and 3 usb speakers from makro centurion,,each time the floor salesman sells me on a certain brand saying it's good I buy it and go home,either a week or two or a month or two later the speakers sound starts distorting,the headphones break,the sound distorts,,I have gone back on multiple times to exchange and the process is long and tiring,then they swap it for a "better" model and that one breaks two weeks later..I'm sick of going back and forth..I have two broken pairs of Polaroid headphones first pair cost R399 cause it was the good brand then when they broke I didn't even return it cause iv given up I just went back and bought another pair of Polaroid for R600 on the 19th of the 6th and now the sound is distorted..becareful when buying tech from makro centurion
Iv dealt with multiple people at m-t but I would really like to thank Avalon DuPlessis in particular as she ALWAYS had the time and patience to deal with my numerous silly questions and she was always patient and kind in her approach
