Terrible service from pick and pay in midlands pmb.
Good Day. I had a terrible experience with pick and pay in midlands mall pietermaritzburg. I have bought a remote for a Dstv that didn't work on my decoder. I closed the packaging nice and sent it for a return. Sadly when I got to the shop the two ladies and a manager that they called to assist refused to accept the remote based on the package. That's not all the manager disrespected me by saying "as an adult I should've seen that this remote wouldn't work for my decode." (*please look at the two remote at the bottom of the email) The question is how can u check an electronic if it work or not while it in the box and why isn't there any information or personnel who's working in that section to assist customers that are not expect in pnp electronic items?? There also no information on the slip or the packaging that says once it open u can't return. The service that I received was terrible, I have been using pnp for years and years I have never been this disappointed. I have pictures of the the remote my old one and the one that I bought below. I'm definitely putting this on the newspaper and social media. It misleading and fraudulent to customers I can't allow this to rest it totally Wrong in every single way.
