I DONT KNOW HOW THEY RECEIVED 5 STARS FOR THERE ACCOMODATION BECAUSE THERE AFTER SALE SERVICE SUCKS - HAD A WEDDING THERE ASK THEM FOR STUFF BACK THAT WE FORGOT THERE THEN THEY HAVE THE CHEEK TO SAY WE DON'T KNOW WHERE IT IS
Food was amazing. Waiter was so friendly and welcoming and helped with a lot of recommendations. Always been satisfied with Braza and this one certainly delivered.
So again they deduct the policy amount that I've cancelled - I'm so sick and tired of incompetent people truly I am - this country is already so far behind on everything and a simple CANCEL my one policy but no we will still take your money thank you - I WANT MY MONEY BACK TODAY - don't dare to tell me I must go to the bank and do it myself - as it is you owe me
I have been mailing these people for months - They keep on taking money of my account before date of debit order and I must pay the bank fees - The past year Ive paid ofer R1000-00 bank fees for paying debit order before money is in the account. I never have money in my account on the 24th. THe 25th means the 25th not because it falls on a weekend you take two or 3 days before this is not the agreement. Again this month R200-00 bank fees???????? thinking off changing provider
