I purchased 3 sets x Rundkolben round shank needles (287/WH/1738) from Matila from Decor Park on the 29/12/2022. I showed her a pic of the machine & asked for the needles. She gave me the above. I called my aunt to verify & she said that the consultant will know better. It was the wrong needles. I went to the store on 05/01/2023 explained to Matilda - she said no refunds/exchanges. This is crazy. I want to return these unopened needles. I have the till slip. Please contact me.
I bought the Verimark Floorwiz squeeze online. When I received it a week later, I found the sponge flimsy. I called the online store and was advised that I can return / exchange this at any Verimark store. Last Friday I went to Cresta to exchange it. The manager convinced me to give the Floorwiz squeeze a try & if I don't like it then I could return it. I used it over the weekend - I found it inadequate to properly clean my tiles. yesterday I went to Verimark Fourways Mall, where the sales assistant flatly stated that I can to exchange it at head office, which was already closed. I explained that the lady from HO said I could return it at any store. The assistant called her area manager Thato or Thabo. He flatly refused, even though the lady from HO said the store could help. I called the Cresta branch, the assistant said that her area manager was there. I heard him say loudly that no exchanges will be done. The Cresta assistant said that I could go to Cresta for her to assist. The area manager came on the phone. I was angry at his tone and the reluctance of staff to assist. As I was ranting he said that he wanted to speak - I said don't bother if you going to tell me you can't help. HE SAID 'DON'T BOTHER' I was angry beyond words. It seems like the area manager for Fourways sorely lacks customer service. Imagine how many customers had to deal with this man's poor customer skills!
