OFS Repairs
OFS Smart Repair Bloemfontein is one of the best panel beaters I have ever come across. They offer a courtesy car at no extra cost while your vehicle is booked in, which makes the whole process so much easier. All the staff members are friendly, professional, and kind. I have been in constant communication with Sune, and she is absolutely amazing — helpful, responsive, and a pleasure to deal with. I highly recommend OFS Smart Repair for excellent service and peace of mind.

Unsatisfied
I ordered lights for a rear bumper and only upon collection I realized don't need the Reflector light, I requested for a refund they said they won't be able to take them back. Their policy doesn't allow them. ( Bloemfontein dealership) It was never disclosed to me when I purchased. Please help me understand because I know if you've a proof of purchase you can return items or exchange.
