Very smart and user friendly website; very responsive; speedy, efficient delivery; such an effortless transaction; not many companies out there come close to this level of competence and service.
Wish I had checked reviews of this online company before placing an order with them. Please be weary of this company. By their own admission they are purely an online store and do not have a physical store or collection points in SA. Although they claim to have an overseas warehouse, I doubt this very much but what do I know. Placed an order on 8/06/2022, ETA 10-25/30 business days. On 12/06/2022 I received notification that expected dispatch would be week of 3 July. On 7/07/2022 received and email regrettably informing me that my order was delayed. They committed to sending a separate email with revised delivery dates that did not come. After prompting them on 21/07/2022 they communicated that they were experiencing shipping delays and asked if I would like a new ETA or a refund, I opted for a new ETA and was given week of 22 August. On 25/08/2022 I requested an update but received no response. On 29/08/2022 I once again requested an update via email, Write Us and Live Chat (which when I tried to use it wasn't live so ended up leaving a message). Received a response on 30/08/2022, same automatic response asking if I wanted a new ETA or a refund, this time I opted for a refund. On 2/09/2022 I requested an update on my refund and received a surprisingly quick response stating that I would receive a full refund and requesting my banking details. After submitting my banking details on 2/09/2022, queries on all platforms on 3/09/2022 went unanswered. After submitting yet another query on 7/09/2022 I received a fairly quick response apologizing that the refund had not yet been processed and informing me that the matter had been escalated to the finance team for urgent processing. As no refund was forthcoming I logged another query on all platforms on 13/09/2022. Received another prompt apology for the delay assuring me that an urgent refund will be issued as soon as possible. Logged yet another query on all platforms on 22/09/2022 as I had received no refund or further correspondence. Figured I would only submit this review once the matter was amicably resolved so I might be able to give Manicaa a better rating. Seeing as this might never happen I have decided to submit and just keep updating online.
