SADV - Pathetic technical and customer service
Continual outages. Only 1 technician working per day. Takes about 45 minutes to answer the phone and then cut the call. Service has declined from a few years. Please avoid this supplier

VOX - poor service
They have been busy with trying to cut me over to VOX from SADV - Both suppliers seem to be just as pathetic.

Great service from Audi Centre Bruma
Just taking time to say I always receive great service from Audi Centre Bruma. A special thanks to Dylan, James and Lebo who have helped me out tremendously today and in the last month. And for accommodating me to work for a little while. Also for the delicious cappuccino. I really appreciate the service today.
