Not the quick and reliable service it used to be , honestly, if there was a better service provider out there I would go with them. Their popularity and increase in number of customers will be their downfall, seems like they’re struggling to handle it. I was very happy with home-connect for more than 6 years and used to highly recommend them, not anymore. But you might not find a better service provider than them.
Never work for the IEC Ekurhuleni Civic Centre Office, YOU WON’T GET PAID! When you call and enquire Mr Mzizi will tell you that you didn’t work and that you are lying about not getting the payment. The treatment you will receive will make you regret ever working for them.
After being with them for more than 6 years, when I canceled my account they became ******. The debt on my account kept increasing even though my account was cancelled, they even got debt collectors involved. Never deal with a lady called Phindile Ngwenya, her communication is very bad. Things were fine until we had to part ways.
A big thank you to Mfundo Sishi for his assistance and getting my issue sorted out quickly, form the moment he got involved things started moving. I really hope his colleagues can learn from him, because that would very good for Home-Connect. He deserves to be a leader. Thank you
I’ve had no internet for 7 days. The consultants keep telling me different stories every time I call. It’s now clear that their quality of service has drastically gone down. I wouldn’t recommend them to anyone
