Rude and disrespectful staff,Jan @Gasfontein
We have a function at this venue so I called to confirm things being in order. Jan is the rudest person on earth. This is uncalled for. He is rude and disrespectful. Has no regard what so ever for professionalism and basic human values.....

Threatened with legal action against me because I dared to express my frustration.I am still waiting!
After waiting for 2 months for my goods and writing a bad review for Clearance Warehouse , a consultant called me sounding like he wants to resolve my issue however somewhere in our conversation his tone changes and qoutes what I mentioned in my previous review on hello Peter and that the company can take legal actions against me because I had written that Clearance Warehouse is deceptive and misleading to customers about the waiting period. I even said on the review Clearance Warehouse is a scam.Clients end up waiting for months instead of the 28 days Maximum period they tell people. So basically I was called to be threatened about legal actions that I could face.Then I explained what I meant. And said I will replace the word scam. After unapologetically and fearlessly expressed my frustration to the consultant suddenly they had my goods and will be delivered to me that same week when we spoke. The week the consultant promised delivery to my house came and passed.No goods came. I followed up with the durban branch and they said there have not recieved anything they will get back to me, even though the consultant in the Midrand branch confirmed shipment to the Durban branch...I have been following up still every time they say they are still to check and get back to me....what game is this. This is exactly why I said this company is a scam and my definition of a scam being that we are deceived to believe what they say they will do but it never gets done. ...and when you call seeking understanding nobody knows what is what and will get back to you and never do....I am still in waiting, for my fully paid goods which were purchased in June 2022.

Decietful and Pathetic service!
No rating at all!! Clearance warehouse durban, Midrand thier HQ should be closed down. The deciet and misleading is ridiculous. Morally wrong and criminal. I have been waiting for my couches, dining table and tables, and 4 beds this was in June 2022. I was promised that I will wait 25 days max. That turned to 2 months and whenever I call I get told "certainly this Saturday they will leave Midrand and delivered to Durban and will recieve them on the same weekend". Where??? Because to date I am still waiting. The personnel have no work ethic, ducking and diving with excuses and become pathetically surprised that you still have not received your items.Both durban Branch and thier HQ in Midrand has no truth. This shop is a scam really. Clearance Warehouse should close down. This is nonsensical service.
